room was very clean and cozy. nice tennis court but slightly expensive i thought,, 20/25 per hour (before/after 5pm)..
shortage of staff to handle customers of both hotels and sports facilities... you need to wait at least 10-15 minutes to talk to receptionist - happened every time when I stayed there for two days.
Gym, restaurant, lake and nature around hotel
There is no Wi-Fi internet connection in rooms further away from reception.
The rooms were modern and peaceful with superb facilities. Very good value for money with free passes to the swimming pool, sauna and steam room which were outstanding.
Quite far from the city center, but good connection (by tram or bus, aprox.20 min)
Sporty atmosphere, wanted to get fit! Rooms were great as well, comfy beds, fantastic shower.
The walk to the metro was quite far and not great when coming back at night - short walk through edge of park, but probably not the safest. Could probably have got bus instead, but difficult to find information about transport. The staff were very nice and helpful but didn't have leaflets or maps for tourists, would have helped me.
calm area in middle of nature and yet close to Amsterdam. Sports facilities and the whole sports atmosphere!
Friendly staff who did what they could.
They don't have a central place to do any work emails but then the hotel is not set up for htat. When I arrived my room had not been made up but htey did not know that. the Air-Con was not working in my room either and they did not fix it during my stay. Pleasant stay though.
modern design, friendly staff, great service, delicious breakfest
rubbish bin was full when we check-in, everybody can see in ground floor rooms from parking lot
The spa makes this hotel. It is clean, has friendly spa staff, an amazing range of spa facilities, nice restaurant on site and a great atmosphere. Super relaxing weekend. We did not want to leave!
Two single beds in our room, no availability of double bed in any room. Hotel receptionist was not very friendly/forthcoming. Did not make us feel very welcome.
Not an exclusive but nice place, nice rooms, in a huge park with lakes, gives almost a countryside feeling All sports & spa, swimming possibilities in the building close to rai conference center and wtc business district
Bit far from the downtown, but 5 min by car
Rooms are spotlessly clean, very modern, good bus service to town, excellent spas (yes there is a free one there as well as the paid one).
No room service or coffee/tea facilities in rooms. The staff wasnt too familiar with the bus lines (170 and 172 to city center) and only recommended cabs which are expensive in Amsterdam (30 Euros from airport for example instead of 6 Euros for 2 to the Suid railway station, a 5 minute trip and bus 171 to the Koenenkade stop for a couple of stops.
The spa was nice, over crowded, but nice.
There is no food in the place after 7:30pm. I had the experience of leaving the esatblishment in search of food on a rainy night. Very poor.....There isn't much in the area open and it was a crab shoot.
The location is fabulous, not in the city but on the edge of a big park.
The hotel is an add-on to a sports centre, the staff were really nice but busy with the sports centre and not enough time for the hotel guests. It took 6 hours after checking in to put a cot (pre-ordered) with bedding on in our room, in the end we went downstairs to pick up the sheets (had asked for them directly hours before) because they could not get away from reception
I loved the hotel room, it was very modern, shower was nice too.
Need more facilities late at night. Perhaps a coffee machine? Or a sandwich vending machine?
No hot drinks or food if you arrive late
